How long does an exterior repaint hold up in San Diego?

On stucco with proper prep and an elastomeric or quality acrylic system, expect 10–15 years on inland exposures and 7–10 years coastal. Wood siding is shorter — 5–8 years coastal — because UV and salt eat coatings faster. We spec the system to the substrate.

What about HOA color matching?

We color-match on site with a spectrophotometer to match aged paint exactly. We provide documentation for HOA architectural review and coordinate with the reserve study where it applies.

Do you pressure wash before painting?

Always — it's included. Loose paint comes off, chalking gets removed, and the surface is clean before primer goes down. Cutting prep is how flip-grade exterior jobs fail in two years.
