The questions we get on every free walk-through.

Will the same crew be at my house every day?
Yes. We don't sub out our crews — the same people who start your job finish your job. JJ or a foreman is on every project at some point during the week.

How do you protect my floors, furniture, and landscaping?
Floor protection paper or canvas drops in every room. Furniture wrapped and moved to the room center, not the curb. For exteriors we cover plants and walkways. Daily clean-up — no paint-can lid graveyard in the driveway.

Can you help with color selection?
We offer free color consults — we'll walk through the rooms with you, talk through finish levels (matte, eggshell, satin, semi, gloss) and bring real product samples. For high-end and historic projects, we color-match on site with a spectrophotometer.

How long will it take?
A typical 2,000 sf interior repaint is 5–7 working days. A whole-house interior plus exterior is usually 10–14 days. We give you a real timeline before you sign — and we hit it.

Do you handle the prep work, or do I need to do anything?
We handle all prep — patching, sanding, caulking, priming. You don't need to move furniture (we do it), clean walls, or remove outlet covers. The only thing we ask is that you tell us about any allergies or pets so we plan around them.

What if I notice something after you're done?
Call. We come back. We don't consider a job done until you do — and we don't charge for callbacks on our work.
