MFL Painting is a licensed California painting contractor based in San Diego. JJ and the crew have spent 15+ years painting homes, flips, custom builds, multi-family, and commercial across Southern California — and in 2024 we brought it all under one roof as MFL Painting.
Our Story
Built on craft, schedule discipline, and the kind of word-of-mouth you can't buy.
We're a family business. JJ has been painting in San Diego County for more than fifteen years. We don't sub our crews out. We don't show up late. And we don't paint over problems instead of fixing them.
Today, most of our work comes from three groups: investors flipping properties across San Diego and Orange County; general contractors running new construction and tenant improvements; and homeowners who hire us once and call us back five years later for the next project.
What ties those three audiences together is one thing — we hold the schedule. Investors live and die on listing dates. GCs need crews who don't break the critical path. Homeowners just want their house back when we said we'd give it back. Same answer for all three: do the prep, do the work, do the cleanup, every day, until it's done.
