Mask, prep, and protect — then hang, finish, and paint to the level your project actually needs. Daily site cleanup. Foreman on every job. No subbed-out crews.

Walkthrough & Punch

Final walkthrough with you or the super. Anything that's not right, we fix before we invoice. No nickel-and-diming, no callbacks.

Do you bid lump sum or T&M?

Both. We prefer lump sum on defined scope — it's a cleaner number for everyone. We'll do T&M for change-order scope or open-ended punch list work.

Are you bondable?

Yes — we can pull a bond for jobs that require it. Let us know during the bid phase and we'll coordinate with our surety.

Do you carry the insurance limits we need?

We carry $2M GL aggregate and workers' comp standard, and can pull higher limits or specific endorsements for individual projects on request.
